No matter - coolest bunch of V-dubs I seen! Don't be so scarce - we're really some pretty nice folks here!!
Cool bunch of Vee Dubs. Is that 412 in post #11 yours, too? Back in the late '70's I had one of those and like it. I also had a '71 Karmann Ghia convertible and kind of wish I still had that one.
My cars both spent time running around during Graffiti Weekend in Roseburg, OR this last week/weekend. Some little things to deal with, but it was great to have them both running and driving!
Here I am again, remembering to check in... Doh! I'm hoping to have the last 2 VWs I own both ready for the upcoming spring/summer. I am putting better heads and EFI on my purple notch's 2.1L engine and trying to get the pink topless car NHRA legal. That means all new cage, safety equipment and time to actually race.
That's my downfall right there.. TIME!:LOL:
Never seem to have enough of it.. Good to see you again, thanks for the updates.
Still forget to check in... I'm down to 2 cars. The pink topless VW and my new project. The Little Giant Killer 3 race car from the early 1980s... The revival starts in June.

Good to see you again.. stop being a stranger. LOL..
Don't know that car; but it looks sorta Porsche.
What is it?
Good to note that you're logging in...keep 'em coming!
Speedster body is loosely based on a Porsche 365 very. 85" wheelbase vs 80" for the 356.
