Road Agent;Sometimes the brains will go completely out and they won't start at all, and others will only start once in a while. Those darn things can be hard to diagnose but, since you've done everything else I'm leaning towards the computer, maybe he has a friend with the same kind of van where he can swap out the brains and see if it does the same thing. Or if not maybe he can get one from the junk-yard cheap and check it out. Does he know for SURE that it's getting fuel when it cuts out? If not it he could have a vapor lock problem with the fuel pump. Just something to throw in the works. Hope this help you, at least we've givin it a shot.
