Brian, to my knowledge Chrysler didn't offer the earlier De Soto and Dodge hemi engines (pre '56) with four barrel carburetors.

In 1956 both makes got "RB" (raised block) engines that raised displacement to 341 and 315 inches respectively. That same year De Soto offered the high performance "Adventurer" and Dodge the "D-500" with single or dual four barrels, depending on how much performance a guy could stand.

Now, that hot poop probably won't do you much good because a '56 intake manifold, if by some miracle you could find and pay for one, wouldn't fit your 1952. Not without applying LOTS of creativity, anyway. At least I don't think it would fit. Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong.

And I don't know whether the after-market boys ever made what you need, either. Some guys made log type intakes for multiple two-barrels (for time trial and drag racing applications) but I doubt that's what you're looking for.

I guess I'm saying that I can't offer you encouragement. Sorry.

Jim
