1970 Dodge Dart Swinger original unmolested
Up FORSALE is my super clean 1970 dodge dart swinger. this car is an original unmodified car..other than a repaint from b7 (dark blue) to its current color b5 (medium blue metalic) and the addition of factory hood scoops with correct chrome bezels (not repop scoops) and 14" ralley wheels this car is how it came off the dealer lot back in 1970. It is extremely clean rust free southern car. solid is an understatement. there is no rust. its a factory A/C car with numbers matching running gear, runs fine can drive home. automatic transmission power steering, this is a fine example of an unmolested original car. I drive it all the time. I hate to sell but finances force it. There is very little to apologize for on this car..with full disclosure I will list what is wrong with this car..but for its age i would consider these things minor. there is some small chips in the paint (clear coat) that are beginning to show on the hood, there is some dry spots on the original vynl top and some cracks along the bottom of the rear window were it has shrunk from age and the hot Georgia sun. there is a seam on the drivers side seat that has threads comming out, and the drivers side arm rest has begun to crack (i have a new on in the box that goes with). the carpet is sound but to some degree faded from age no rips or tears .the drivers plastic foot pad is starting to come loose from the carpet. the factory radio is intact and unmolested but it doesnt work, there is a non perment am/fm radio installed in a console with speakers that works fine and is removable without consiquence to the originality of the car..the A/C compressor is not hooked up but comes with the car, there is a hairline crack in the dash pad, and it is missing the 4 center caps and trim rings on the wheels, THATS IT.. pretty much easy fixes. the rest of the car is original and in either like new or Original condition such as interior panels headliner dash and trim are all in excellent condition, windows all work and seal. doors open and close just like they should. all other accessories work fine. the drum brakes all inspected and work properly the engine runs fine no smoke , it is a slant 6 cyl so the performance is on par...trans shifts just fine with absolutely no issues...you could drive this car home. under the hood is excellent original condition i get more compliments about this fwiw.. all wire-ing is factory and unmolested sans a modern battery. the trunk is as clean as the rest of the car, the original trunk mat has a slight crack in it. the car shines and presents itself very well.. if your looking for a 70 dart to make a 340 clone...all you need is the power plant (i was going to do this but couldnt stomach messing with the originality of the car and the gas milage is better anyway.) I have thouroughly enjoyed this car and would not sell it if my finances didnt dictate a sale...I DONT THINK THIS CAR WILL DISAPOINT anyone looking for a vintage mopar from 1970 ..this is it...$8800. ive been offer'd as much on multiple occasions ..but it wasnt for sale at the time so i didnt take them up on the cash in hand offers...(at a few local car shows) So thats it..here it is for your chance to end your searches and take home a super nice muscle era car. the car is located in Acworth Georgia 30102 ,north east Georgia 50 min north of Atlanta, 50 min south of chattanooga Tenn. I could deliver up to 800 miles for an extra fee of .50 @ mile. The car comes with Georgia registration papers ,,,as cars this old in Georgia dont carry Titles anymore..its all you will need to Title it in your state. the car is free of liens. thank you .i can post more pictures if you need something specific? And please feel free to ask me any Questions you feel nessesary to Clearify its condition.. thanks..,,

Welcome to CHR. I think that you need to hook up your vacuum advance. At part throttle when cruising you have less air and fuel in each cylinder, and the air-fuel mixture is not as densely packed...
