I chopped the cab 6 inches, first time i ever chopped anything, not to bad, can deff be worked out good for a rat rod. some of the roof is just tacked on and some is held on with some metal fastners. i've never welded before so dont mind the burns and bubble gum marks....all can be fixed very easy by some who knows how to weld. the front spring hanger and the ladder bar mounts should all be re-welded to be safe. right now everything is in pieces and will have to be loaded in sections on a trailer, but it is very close to being a roller.......some with the know how and free time could have this thing driveable in a very short amount of time. If there is any questions feel free to ask, i've tried to list as much info as possible but probably have forgotten some things. This will have to be picked up in hanover township pa "near wilkes-barre
