My wheels are stock turbo. I think you have the "Disco" version. I remember the "Jimmy Carter" speedo. If your speedo didn't go over 80, then you wouldn't want to go that fast. Yeah . . . right. I clocked mine over a measured mile (and I ain't saying where coughI-80cough) at 135, and I think it still had a bit more. Passing gear was fine. From a dead stop it was a stone.

My wife thought it was pretty slow. After she drove it the first time, she said she couldn't get it over 55. I found out she was looking at the tach instead of the speedo. I don't want to know how fast she was going . . .

The "Snowflake" wheels were available for quite a few years in slightly different castings. Matter of taste. Smoky & the Bandit fans liked the snowflakes. I liked the turbos. Your car looks great, though. Here are some photos.
