Yup, that's wut' I'll problee' do. Accordin' to Art Morrison, I "CAN" move the rack ahead further too. Said it may even be better to avoid bump steer. So that, & a shoe horn i should be O.K. HE He HEOriginally posted by Streets
Well, The reason I ain't answerin' is that I nevah had that problem in any huffer car I evah built..... Ain't nevah been anythang close to the front of the engine that would interfer wif it!!
But, If'n it were me doin' it in a '70 'MaroZ.. I'd install a fake crank stub and mount the pulley's then set the engine back to clear, seein's how yer buildin' yer own firewall and incorporatin' a 1/4 or 1/2" steel "Scattershield" into the tranny hump anywayzzzz......

O.K. I believe ya'. It's just when I here the word ''blue'' and the word ''oval'' in the same sentence I get a twitch.Originally posted by Dave Severson
Geez Pro, I ain't scary. If I was, that was years ago and I've mellowed. Don't believe all the stories ya here.
Besides, it would be better to finish the car, make some passes and get the car sorted out so it hooks hard and goes straight, then we could apply a large dose of Blue Oval Thundering Big Horses and ya could really go fast!!!
If yer friends didn't mess with ya, who would??? Tee Hee Hee
