Looks is up to you - you could put some type of dust cover (sheet metal disk) between the wheel and drum and paint it flat black or hte car's color or ??

As i recall, the 63 (60-64) with the drum brakes takes a wheel with a larger than normal center to fit the bearing cap area. make sure you measure this when you order wheels.
