I got some nice pictures too, but.....

I finished painting my 69 Cadillac last week just in time for my favorite two day car show.
I was a little disapointed that the exotic dancer with the Jag didn't make it this year. I wanted to get a picture of her unique method of crushing beer cans.
After the Sunday morning pancake breakfast we went on a cruise through Norway to Paris where we visited the private collection of Bob Bahre. He owns the New Hampshire International speedway in Louden N.H.
His "garage" looks like a car museum but it's not open to the public so this is the one day a year when he shows it off. Have you ever seen 13 classic Packards and six Duesenbergs in the same place? He also has three Dusenberg display engines. There's another ten or twelve Classic cars on the first floor. There's a Mercdes Nazi staff car that belonged to the general who ruled Norway during WWII (the country, not the town we cruised through to get there) It was given to the King of Norway after the liberation. It still has only 10,000 miles on it. There's a town car that nobody will identify correctly if I post a picture.

Down in the basement is where he keeps the cars that are worth under $100,000 like his Vettes, T-birds, Ferraris and a Tucker. There's another gagage with his Brass era cars and a 1896 Studebaker carriage.

I wish I could show you the pictures but.... they're still in my digital camera. This new computer is all screwed up. I've been on the phone with tech support for two weeks since I bought it. and it gets worse every day. I can get online again but the cd-rom doesn't work now so I can't load the program for the camera. I can't load the recovery disc again either and the tech support guys are stumped. They won't return my calls anymore so I'm packing it up and taking it back to Staples tomorrow. When I get a computer that works I'll post some of the neat pictures.

I went to a local show yesterday and maxed out the camera. It can't fit any more pictures untill I download what I have.
