    windshields for a chopped cadi

     



    i wanna chop my cadi 3in but am not sure where i could get a new windshield to fit or if i can have the original cut down

    Well from just a cursory glance, id say you could probably have your stock windshield cut down and have it work.

    Getting an all new custom windshield made would be very expensive, I truly donr know how much or even who would be willing to make one.

    I was told once by a rep for a company that sells windshields that getting one made is about $1200. Good luck on getting one cut down, after busting the first one I usually give up and use the mar resistant lexan. Somebody was saying in an older thread to get it cut with a water jet cutter, never have found anyone around here who has a cutter to give it a try. Only way I have tried it is masking it off with duct tape, scribe a line with a gleass cutter, than take it off with a sandblaster.
