    4-Speed

Have a leak in the rear transmision seal . The trans is a muncie 4-speed . The leak is not real bad but would like to fix it. What is the best way to fix this? Do I need a seal puller?I believe it is 70 out of a LS-6 Chevelle .

You should be able to pop the old seal out with a screw driver after removing the driveshaft. Installing the new one requires a hammer which you use to tap gently around the circumference of the seal until it is seated.
