Nice rig you got there. Just wondering why do you have the headlight rings taken off, are you planning on frenching them?

I took the headlight rings off to fix a rust hole about an inch away from the ring and diddn't want to get bondo on it and, I took the other one off to even it up, I also have to clean a little rust from the mating surface of the trim rings. Heres the b4 pic.

The car is coming along nicely. Im not big on the bondo, but if you apply it thin enough and make it level, thats going to be a really nice car.

Looking good Matt, coming along great. Have you tried fine steel wool on that chrome? Find the finest you can and it will strip that rust right off.

    Matt,
That thing is turning out really nice man. I am gelous (sp) haha, every time I come on this site and see everyone's car's they are working on it just bums me out and makes me wish I could find one. Damn it's 2 in the mourning here and I wish I had a car or truck right now so I can go work on it. lol I like working on things this late at night, I don't know why, I do it with my dirt bike and golf cart. Oh well, but sweet car. What do you plan to do with it, keep it original or what?

It will start out being more original than rodded but, as I get more money I will do a few things to it.
