Question Clutch Slave Cylinder for T-5

Does anyone have any drawings on how to configure a clutch slave cylinder to a T-5 in a 32 Ford? It looks like Wilwood has both the master cylinder and "pull type" slave cylinder. Pete and Jake's sell the pedals with the master and slave but I need help in connecting it to the clutch fork.
