Man your sheet metal details are excellent. You and Dave can come out and stay with us anytime!

Thanks Dave & Steve. I figure I should put some dents in the metal to stiffen it up some, so this is what I came up with.

A quick question on bead rolling. I just got a brand new Woodward Fab bead roller and I am already in love with the possibilities it provides. But I have a quick question. It seems to be leaving a scratch along the sides of the bead. have I tightened it down too much or is this just because the dies are new and the edges are still sharp?

Could be a little of both. Check you dies for sharp edges, also try backing the pressure off just a little. Grab some scrap and experiment until you find the right pressure.

Pro - I have to ask - is this car ever going to be done? (I have enjoyed watching your work and actually hope that it is never done for my reading sake and probably many others)

Yea, I'm hoping to drive it before SS kicks in.
