Man your sheet metal details are excellent. You and Dave can come out and stay with us anytime!

Thanks Dave & Steve. I figure I should put some dents in the metal to stiffen it up some, so this is what I came up with.

A quick question on bead rolling. I just got a brand new Woodward Fab bead roller and I am already in love with the possibilities it provides. But I have a quick question. It seems to be leaving a scratch along the sides of the bead. have I tightened it down too much or is this just because the dies are new and the edges are still sharp?

Could be a little of both. Check you dies for sharp edges, also try backing the pressure off just a little. Grab some scrap and experiment until you find the right pressure."PLAN" your life like you will live to 120.

Pro - I have to ask - is this car ever going to be done? (I have enjoyed watching your work and actually hope that it is never done for my reading sake and probably many others
