Dave the faring is a good idea . I've allways liked the trucks with them and if i didn't have a cover on my bed i would have one . Will there be any slots or embosses placed in it or you leaving it flat .

I'm not sure yet Bobby... I've had a bunch of different ideas, everything from some rolled beads to a '56 T-Bird style port hole......

Looks great Dave. Will it be two tone like the truck?"
"No matter where you go, there you are!" Steve.

Yup, I'll match the paint split line and pinstripe on the cab and the bed rails to the fairing.... also going to add a 3rd brakelight (LED's) on the top rear between the outer and inner skin....

Thanks Bobby. The whole plan for the truck was to have it look like it was built in '72. Friend of mine accused me of "pimping it out".....

Bobby - where did you come up with the 'bull bar'? I have an '06 F350 Super Duty with about a half acre of chrome for a grille which, IMO, needs some moderation.

It was a very productive day....for a change.
Got the hubs hogged out on the IRS.....allowing room for the coil-overs just in front of the toe rod links. Tomorrow..cross-links forward to dropped (upside down
) crossmember.
Had a major boo-boo. Cut-off wheel exploded in my face....literally. Thank goodness for eye protection. Cut all the way through my cheek and clipped my sniffer. All is good though. My wife is starting to wonder what she married into. I have more accidents than I can shake a stick at.
I've seen some real progress with everyones projects.....Keep tooling along. Looks like the worst of the heat is behind us now....hopefully. Dave....that truck is looking great by the way!!!!

Bobby, the truck looks slick. Makes me think about the Jeep before the one I now own...really miss it.
