Vehicle storage using a tarp type shed.
I have one of those tarp sheds I've had for years setting at my parent's place. I bought it years ago to put my corvette in. The 2nd week it was up the tarp was blown off it. I put 2 new ones on it and after the 3rd one got ripped off it I haven't used the stupid thing since.
Lately since I'm running out of storage space, I'm contemplating bringing this tarp shed to my house. I can put it behind my garage and it will be protected by a privacy fence on the other side. Maybe the tarp won't get ripped off it now.
My main concern is rusting etc. I plan to put gravel down so what ever car/truck I put in it isn't setting on dirt/mud. The green house effects shouldn't be a real problem until gets hotter outside. What are your guys' thoughts on this who live in moist climates as well? Should I add a vent somewhere on an end wall to help prevent moisture build up etc?Ryan
