We went to one today down in Wanganui, two hours drive away from home.
It was formerly run by the Veteran/Vintage guys but for some reason they opted out; so River City Rodders took it on.
Open to all marques and all types of cars/trucks/machinery. If it had an engine of some description it was welcome.
A beautiful fine day with light winds; so we took the Cobra.
Entry fee: one gold coin per person (ie $1 or $2, your choice,) with all proceeds going to the Cancer Society.
800 to 1,000 entrants; quite a large show by our standards.
And the punters turned up in their thousands...
And there was something for everyone to gawk at...johnboy
