There was a harmonic vibration induced tubing bending in the main wing struts-I solved it by placing a balsa wood dowel rod inside the chrmolgy tube to dampen the vibes-------Front wheel pants had low pressure inside them at speed and would suck the air out off front tire valve stems-we solved that by using air craft valve cores with more spring to offset the centrifugal force that caused them to open.
Spectators have absolutely no idea what it takes to put a 5 second car down the track.
