Well, it probably has a fairly low compression ratio. Pistons, rods and crank: how strong are they? I don't know about that motor specifically, but power means some combination of
power = displacement * RPM * boost
(more or less)
boost or RPM equals stress on piston, etc.
If you don't need huge power, can definately make it work!
(whadda ya mean "not that I would" ???)
