Jack F, I was stationed on Fort Ord where I went thru Sniper school.
I would often go to San Jose or mostly Santa Cruz on weekends they were always good for car shows.
Of course this was in the late 70's and early 80's we had a friend that was a waitress at a local restaurant
and we would crash at her place on the weekends, when we were off duty. Those were good times walking around the board walk
and trying to pick up girls. Good friends and good times for sure, Santa Cruz just enhanced everything when it came to fun.

Hi Kurt, good to hear from you. I moved from the south bay area in Jan. 76 and have been in the Puget Sound area ever since. Will be moving to Caldwell Id. hopefully early spring 2014. How far is Pahrump Nv. from the Boise area?
