Question Mopar Guy needing Chevy info

Hey guys, I need some info.
What were the engine options for a '64 Corvette. A friend is looking at buying one, but not sure if a L82 came with it or even if its matching #.
    Thanks, DCON
p.s. I am expecting a smart a** reply from streets.
