Em, measure that wrench in inches, divide it into the inch pound value you're using for torque, and that tells you how much force in pounds you need to pull on the wrench, holding it towards the end. If you want to get fancy you can hook your fish scale to the end of the wrench for accuracy. The torque value is not that critical here, but using your "calibrated pull" to get them all close to the same "pull" is.
You might check out NAPA Online. I sometimes find what I need, "reserve" it for delivery to the store, and then call them to see when it will be there. Works when I can find the part in their system.Roger
