Wow, thanks for all the replies, I didn't expect this. I will try and answer your questions and be brief. When I got the car it had been stored for a number of years and never finished. The basic concept was there but it was a diamond in the rough, very rough. I've modified and redone everything, from the suspension, body, engine, wiring, paint, etc. The top is aluminum which I completely redid as it was wavy and buckled. The engine is stroked to 347 cu in and is a torque motor for the street. It pulls like a freight train from 1200 to 6000rpm. Before all you hotshots say I'm full of B.S. because it has a tunnel ram with two 580cfm QFT carbs on it, please check out this setup at Colorado Hot Rod Parts. I am totally amazed at the streetability of this product for small block Chevys and Fords. It's all right there off the line. With 20" side pipes and 7" mufflers, it just bellows like a group of Harleys. I run Hoosier radials all around which I love (no flat spotting after sitting in the garage for a couple of weeks like bias belted MT's). At 2400lbs with about 375hp, the suspension dialed in, big tires, the car is very quick off the line. No 4000lb, mega horsepower, tire smoking new cars for me, just color me gone.....
Once again, thanks for the replies.28A5.jpg28A2.jpg28A4.JPG28A1.jpg28A3.jpg
