    got my charger titled

Just did the impossible, got a CO. Title for my 73 charger.

When I first bought it, I negotiated $500 off the top because it had no title ( purchased it in CO )
I went to the local DMV ( Colorado Springs ) and was told "no way " to get it registered or replacement title.

Well, being active duty army, I've been around.

Next time I went to GA on leave, I took my bill of sale with, and registered it , no problem. ( but GA won't re-title ). Then using my GA registration, I re-registered it in CO, and they gave me a new title.

Dam govt regs. They're just made to circumvent.
    .
Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.
