I understand. My first V8 car was a '57 BelAir HT with a 283 4-speed... then I moved up to dual quad 409s... then dropped back to the lightweight early Vettes. I also did a cople '63-'65 Novas. Not as light as a bucket... but my "built" smallblocks in the light bodies had very little trouble with hi-po big blocks.

Today I view the T-bucket with reverence. :-) Four wheels... an engine... and just enough bodywork to cover your butt!

The closest I have come to them though, is to paint one once in a while.
