Much to my regret i didn't go to the Showdown. An auction occured on sat that had metalshaping tools i needed and i went to that.
Theres tons of great pics on the hamb if you visit there. OC doesn't do much for me as i am more of a traditional guy and blown camaros doing a smoking burnout has little appeal. The Showdown is special, if you ever get a chance do the Hot Rod Reunion in Bowlin Green. I've seen original indy roadsters parked beside sectioned shoebox fords. The obvious difference between the events is at the HHR and the Showndown none of the cars are for sale.
