heck Roger, no more sh*t from me but here is a thought, sadly, in some countries / Pacific Island States that would be a 4 star hotel. Well done Roger, a very fine job you are doing young man. Also , my apologies if I offended you with my sense of humor earlier in this thread.
I maybe a little crazy but it stops me going insane.

Heck, you didn't offend me in the least!! I knew you were just hassling me a bit, which is all in good fun. It's still a work in progress - I think I need to get the grandsons up there with a saw, hammers & nails to make shelves, benches, or something so they have some ownership!!
