Gotta' blame that one on the Manager of that store. It's up to him to explain the importance of common courtesy to each employee, and then to lead by example. Not only are they losing the inspection business, but I'd bet that you'll never pull into that Firestone when you need tires on the daily driver, or if there's some minor problem you don't want to mess with yourself, nor will you ever send anyone there for anything.
