I would think keeping it small with out a monetary view , since all are at different median incomes . The simple builds and tricks would help the DIY in his garage practicing for his first rod to be driven . Just a Penney's worth .

If the luxury of top line equipment is there then super . But still most of us work from a 1 or 2 car garage with the basics as was done on the first cars being built . I use floor jacks and stands that get it high in the air . No top end welding equipment and steel I have rounded up to work with .

A well built Hot Rod can be done with out all the cherries and still be first in a crowd .
