I was told by my wife I would be in trouble If I bought another tool till after Jan.1.....Not sure what that means

Finish insulating , then cover in 7/16 sheathing , then install the heat and A/C . Would be nice but not likely to happen till mid spring , Oh also power it up under it's own breaker box .
