No Plates Title only . But I hear that Illinois will soon have Antique Plates that you can use daily From May 1st - Oct-31 . The way it is now they are for driving to Car Shows and some road testing / Fueling up only . Lot's of Guy's use to buy them because of No EPA Testing .

Say what??only use them for shows,etc??Yeesh..that sucks..I hope our government doesnt get into this garbage..We may have a strict set of guidelines we have to build to,,but at least we can drive our rods/customs/old cars daily,if we want to..
