    I don't think you can beat the kit from Carolina Customs, at the bottom of the page here :

    I have one on my '33 - the whole assembly is out of sight when the hood is in place, and it's easy to remove - easier with two people (one on each side so the latches don't re-hook on you), but manageable with one.

    I need the same thing for my 34 Ford. That Carolina Custom one looks nice but very pricey!

    Yes, but I believe it's an example of you get what you pay for. There's some real junk out there, and you'll pay good money for the junk, too. Carolina Custom's was recommended to me, and I found their product to be a good value.

    i used the bracing on the under/front of the hood and the top of the radiator bracing....drilled a hole in both and ran a push-pin thru....now i just reach thru where the side curtains used to be and pin it....on my 39 ford truck thats almost complete...take a look
