I don't think you can beat the kit from Carolina Customs, at the bottom of the page here :

I have one on my '33 - the whole assembly is out of sight when the hood is in place, and it's easy to remove - easier with two people (one on each side so the latches don't re-hook on you), but manageable with one.Roger
