Sorry Streets, I have always thought that King Cabs were 4 doors ( up until newer trucks started coming out with 4 full doors and being considered crew cabs ), I must have been misguided somewhere early in life to think that crew cabs had ither no rear doors or stock suicide rear doors and, that king cabs were the only 4 full door trucks. All information is good to know.
