Thanks for post those amazing photos Randyr and is that Mercury Comet rare or something as it doesn't look like a '37 Ford to me. I must say I have never seen so many different Ford pickups in my life and the finish of all those trucks is understanding. I would not like to be the judge to pick best of show as so many are just so neat.

Way back I really wanted to do a '56 Ford p/u. Now I know why I couldn't find one!! They all went to the Left Coast.

As usual Randy, great photos.

Hey Whiplash, you are correct, that Comet bears no resemblance to my 37 or to F100s whatsoever! but it was in the parking area looking nice so I snapped it... The judges did have a hard time choosing. They chose the top 15 but listed them only by owner & entry number so I don't whose is what. Best of Show went to the yellow 65 shortbed stepside with the flames on the side. It was really a well done truck.

Dave (IC2), yes, how in the world do they expect me to get my 37 finished with all these tempting car/truck shows??? It's sure fun to go look at all the possibilities though. Now, back to work!!!

You're welcome, Joe. If that's your truck in your avatar pic, then you'd fit right in at that show. '53-'56 F100's dominated the show. Lots of really beautiful trucks with some great craftsmanship and innovative ideas. Plus, if you brought your truck all the way from MN, you'd probably win the "farthest traveled" award for sure. Glad you enjoyed the pics!
