Dave i see Speedway getting bashed all over but my point is that a lot of the stuff is actually bought in from other companies, for instance the halogen conversion kits are from Vintique and are real garbage but people blame Speedway.
I've had hordes of parts from Speedway over the years and never had any problems but as with any company not everything they sell is great quality, you just have to do your homework.

The chroming by a shop that doesn't have a clue on H2 embrittlement would upset me - and I would probably chalk it up to experience (like a pair of $400 each wheels that don't fit over my rear Wilwoods) and use that axle for a door stop.
