Thanks for all the replies, fellas! Maybe I should have explained the situation a little more......I'm going to be selling a 1936 Ford Tudor flat back project car that my dad originally purchased in 1989. It has no title, only a bill of sale from his purchase. He died 10 yrs later and never got started on the project. It's been in storage all of that time but now the family wants to sell it because none of us can take on the project now. The car is located in southern Oklahoma but I was going to advertise it in both Oklahoma & Texas. I was debating on whether I wanted to try to get a title for it or leave that to the new owner. Thanks again for all the responses. I really appreciate it.
