This is a Sad Way For Old Tin To Die....:(

    1929 Nash...

There's sheet metal laying everywhere on the property, the mans been gone some 8 years now, his wife wants everything scrapped. I've been up there buying what I can Identify or dig out. I spent 4 hours in the rain and snow one evening. There WAS some great NOS parts in the shack, but it all got wet from the crappy roof leaking. This is just the tip of it, two truck loads so far. That poor Nash probably was in pretty good shape when he brought her home...

Awww....I would say that Nash is still a builder. Looks like good metal unless I am missing something...Just need a good body man.

I kind of look at it this way, the guy saved them. Could he have better care of it, probably but it was saved never the less. We all have dreams and maybe others didn't share his, whatever that was.

Most of the wood is long gone from the Nash. If I can make a deal for 200, I'll bring her home, if for no other reason, then someone can give me the same and build her. She looks sad! I'll take more pictures next time I'm up there.
There's several cowls and fenders laying around, I know theres a 21 Dodge cowl with bucket sitting on a frame, don't know what the others are..One cool thing I've been taking parts off of is a Moreland 5 ton Distillate truck 1921, man the rims alone are like 5oo pounds....
