    Dave, the new shop will be 30X40 with a 11 or 12' ceiling.

    Wall height adds very little to the total cost of a building, especially if it's a metal pole barn type. I've kicked myself many times for not pushing mine to 12' or even 14' to allow plenty of room for a lift.
