STREETWERKZ, try to resize them to around 800x600 if ya can. Your pics are over 1204px × 903px so 800x600 should do it. I resized your last pic to that size.
Check out that resizer tool thats in my thread that HemiTCoupe just mentioned as long as your running Windows XP it will work for you.
Real cool project ya got going too, the dash is looking great.
