Use the "post reply" radio button on the left, immediately below the last post, not the "quick reply" box below that. Once that page opens, about half way down is another radio button "manage attachments", click that and you should be on your way.
Here goes. Hopefully this loads into this thread
Sorry about the size. Of the picture that is, lol. That first pour was ten feet high, the second another eight above that, lol. twenty foot long 15 mm rebar. That footing was six and a half feet wide by a foot deep, same amount of rebar, 6 x 12 inch. Am I having fun, oh yeah! The shop will be 30' by 45' with a 16 foot high ceiling.
My neighbors love me.
This is the south wall, the first pic was the north wall. They end up being 18 feet high with the top and bottom foot each being a foot thick or so. opps no pic
I don't know if it is appropriate to promote the property here. It has a cool commercial -grade garage with 2.5 bay in Fort Erie, Ontario. Canada. It would be a dream house for hot rod and car collector. You can now work in the garage 24/7, 365 days. If you or your friends are interested, please contact me at my email: ronixong@yahoo.com with subject titled Garage for hot rod or car collector.
im currently planning my shed extension, at the moment if i can egt everything out of my garage ill have enough room to build my chassis and by then ill hopefully have the extension done.
i think im up to plan no. 4!
was going to build what they call over here an american style barn and have the middle section high enough to put in a hoist -4m (13ft)
but now im thinking of just making it like 2 garages side by side-no middle wall obviously which would give me room to work on 4 cars with plenty of room! as well as a 5x12m bar room on the back! the main garage(not including bar room) will be 11.5m x 12.8m of floor area, or 1584.45 sq ft.
ive scored a heap of structural size steel from work for free:D like i beams c channels ect. so ill build an overhead guantry crane for lifting engines ect as well as a rotisserie style chassis jig and a body rotisserie.
this is an "American Barn".
My workshop.
An old Mobil station with 800 sq/ft mezzanine

I am currently looking at another 60 year old workshop that is
7000 sq/ft with a 12ft stud height. It has a 2" thick wooden
floor as well. The possiblities are endless ... :D
I just bought a 4'gap shear this afternoon. Mostly for the sign shop, but it may just have some uses for the Z one of these days:whacked::)
