And you don't have any jackstands?
I've had to shim up bodies once or twice to get the legs far enough under.
When I run out of room hitting the bottle jack, I take wheels off and go in from the side..
Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.
