    I'm still recovering from selling my 53 shown in my previous post, that's why I'm doing a similar car. This one will be built from the inside out though.

    Your 53 looks good, your 50 Chevy being that your going all out more as a hot rod/custom may look better with a chopped top. I have a project 50 Ford chopped top custom, and a 50 Ford 50's style which I think both look good in their class. I also have a 54 Chevy 2 dr. 150 when I bought it in the early 80's it had skirts narrow white walls, it was a nice looking car. Over the years now it needs to be redone. I had visions of cutting the top off adding a Carson top, and doing it like Pat did his in black. The monochromatic look.
