Whatever someone is willing to pay!! You might want x amount, but if you cant sell it then it`s not worth x. Check ebay or deals on wheels and see what they are fetching for comparable cars.

There is a beautifully restored 1930 3WC on one of the sites I visit for sale at $13500. But that is no rust, no rot, completely restored and damn nice looking I have to say.
So yours at the condition that it is currently in, would be considerably less. If you have all of the parts and pieces and there is no major rust-throughs you might be able to get $5K for it, however the greater the deterioation, the less the value.
What did you pay for it when you got it?? Increase that by say 20 -25 % and ask that. Or seek a best offer. I probably wouldn't let it go for less than $1500 - $2000 if it was in decent condition. They don't have Ford value, but they do have a good value and are popular for rodding, especially all steel ones.Bob
A good friend will come and bail you out of jail....but a true friend will be sitting next to you saying..."Damn....that was fun!
