I got my 69 chevelle nomad off ebay. The auction expired without meeting reserve, and we haggled some. I gave him an extra $100 to drive it to my door. The car met or beat my expectations, so I cut him a check..
Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.
