I would agree with the other guys....it's "panel paint", with a satin clear.
With nostalgia schemes dominating the hobby, this is a breath of fresh air, but still a similar way of thinking. The flat finish gives a more contemporary feel to what is a classic custom paint style from the late '50s-early '60s.
I like it with the exception of the bright green color choice. That is why it's a little on the obnoxious side....but maybe the owner or painter likes it that way, and it's their project. Even being over the edge, it sure beats "look-alike" paint jobs!
A little research and you could have multiple examples, to help refine your own design.

Any ONE of the colors and it would have been awsome to me.
Painted the way it is, I have a hard time appreciating the wonderful job they did on this truck.

Yep, first thing I thought of was it was very much like what Watson turned out. I like it. Some cars beg for a panel job or a scallop treatment.

I think its cooler then most the cookie cutter hot rods you see these days.Probaly the only thing that i woulda done diffrent is the plywood bed,other then that nada.
