To add to Jim's comments, if you're interested in this style you'll want to look up the name Larry Watson, for search purposes probably follow that with custom painter. He was the master of this form.Your Uncle Bob, Senior Geezer Curmudgeon
It's much easier to promise someone a "free" ride on the wagon than to urge them to pull it.
