If it has Halibrand wheels, it must be a nice hot rod...right?
My score from the swapmeet at Goodguys Bowling Green yesterday. A set of 18" Halibrand wheels w/ tires for $300. A couple of hours of polishing...... and my wife is off of my ass. Her car now has big wheels.
I get to start on the Dodge.

Halibrand doesn't list FWD application for the Sprint II any more on their web site.
Anybody have a guess as to when these wheels might have been made?

My wife has decided that she can not deal with the pressure of driving a car with nice wheels. She asked me to put her old wheels and tires back on.
Should I ebay them?
....or narrow the backsides and have a set of 18" skinnies and run tall bias plys (skinny front, 8.20-18 dirttrack rear) on a hot rod? I would also have to have them re-drilled for a new bolt pattern.
