The Fordors were either made by Briggs or Murray, and both had cowls that looked like the 30-31 cowl, sort of. The Murray was stretched a little more than the Briggs in the cowl area. I guess you could graft on a Tudor cowl, but getting the windshield and door jams to flow would be a little tough IMO.
