anybody ever hotrod/restor old airport limos

I don't know if you guys will even know what these are. local junkyard, which I think is supposed to be one of largest in world, Turner Auto Wrecking, the old guy has in his "private" side a couple (the last time I looked hard 8 years ago through the fence he had three) dodge airport limos. I was told that is what they were called. It's just a big station wagon with 4 doors down each side. not a particularly cool looking car, but I always thought it would be great for somebody wanting to cruise or hit a show with their family in tow.

anybody seen one? better yet anybody seen one restored or rodded?

I remember seeing a 55 chevy 8 door in Dover Ohio back in the 70s. The guy said it wasn't for sale. Love to have it now.
