Also there are companies called ebay snipes, you pay them to watch the auction for you, and have it set up in a data base to electronically bid the last 2 seconds of the auction and sweep the rug from under your feet. So unless your up against one of these turds you should be good to win with the above method.
I hate these a#%*^$!s with a passion and I believe EBay is trying to deal with it.
